Return policy
If you wish to return a product purchased from the Online Exclusive collection, make sure it's in the same condition as when it was delivered, and that it includes the original tags and a copy of your invoice, and send it to our warehouse.
After examining the product, we will issue a coupon code for the same amount to be used on your next purchase within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.
Please note that no exchanges are available for the Online Exclusive collection. Returns must be shipped via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at your own expense. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
